Return Policy

We are sorry that it didn’t work out. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reasons, we will offer you a full refund within 7 days of delivery. Some restrictions apply.Carefully read our return policy and make sure that all criteria are met before mailing any items back to us. This return policy is applicable to all items in our site except those specially marked.

Please do not return items without consulting with our customer service. They are going to initiate the return process with you.

Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear, altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender.

Note: We will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order.

RETURN PROCESS

We do not process returns unconditionally.We understand the frustration if it doesn’t work out. We will do our best to process your return and refund as fast as possible.

When you initiate a return process. Please be very descriptive and attach profound images of the dress and its flaws, to ensure that we understand the problem and we can finish your return request as soon as possible. Please note that manipulated or otherwise altered images do not count as profound evidence, as well as images made in poor.

A return request won’t be accepted if it was initiated later than 7 days of delivery.

REFUND POLICY

Your order is eligible to a refund if the product which you have received is:Damaged,Product Mismatch,Color Mismatch or Size Mismatch.

  • Damaged

    If you receive a damaged product, please report it to us immediately by submitting a complaint. Be very descriptive about the damages and upload meaningful pictures of the damage. After we receive the complaint, we will handle it within 48 hours.

  • Product Mismatch

    If our dressmakers or the partners deliver the wrong dress to us and we then deliver that dress to you. You are eligible for a full refund. In case that you like the dress, even if it is not the dress you have ordered. Please contact our customer service.

  • Color Mismatch

    Colour calibration of your device, every computer screen or mobile device might display the colours a different way. Slight color aberration of your dress may not mean that the dress is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you are positive that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact our service team, we will also offer you return and refund service.

  • Size Mismatch

    When the size is completely off, please submit a complaint by e-mail.
